Terms of use
By using Jojokev, buyers and sellers agree to use the marketplace honestly, provide accurate information, and follow the order and payment process shown on the site.
Buyers
Buyers are responsible for entering accurate delivery information, transferring the exact checkout amount, and confirming delivery only after receiving the order.
Sellers
Sellers must provide accurate product descriptions, maintain available stock, process orders promptly, and not attempt to take protected payments outside the Jojokev checkout flow.
Escrow
Jojokev holds buyer payments while orders are being fulfilled. Funds become available to the seller after delivery is confirmed or the applicable automatic-release period passes, subject to any open problem report.
Problems
We may review orders, pause a release, request evidence, refund a buyer, or release payment to a seller when resolving an order issue.
